We follow a comprehensive move-out checklist that covers every inch of the property. Many of our clients report getting their full deposit back after our service. We've done hundreds of these in Tampa Bay.

Service Checklist

• Complete deep clean of the entire property
• All appliances cleaned inside and out — oven, refrigerator, and microwave interiors, plus every exterior including the dishwasher
• Inside and outside of every cabinet, drawer, and closet
• Kitchen: scrub above and below the stovetop, plus countertops and sink
• Bathrooms: scrub tubs, showers, and sinks; sanitize the entire toilet, base to seat
• Dust and wipe all surfaces, furniture, and shelves
• Clean all glass — windows, window tracks, blinds, mirrors, and picture frames
• Hand-wipe baseboards, window sills, door frames, knobs, handles, and light switches
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors
• Empty trash, wipe down cans, tidy loose items, and remove cobwebs throughout
